Why do we walk? not only to see some amazing nature, but walking is so good for us, it increases cardiovascular fitness, reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke, reduces body fat and is great for the mind.
So grab your coat and get stepping.

What do we mean real food? well clear out your cupboards, bin the microwave crap and your take away leaflets… Eat single ingredient foods.. wholesome, clean foods that you enjoy!
